Discrimination in employee handbook

How will you address state and federal laws regarding non-discrimination in your handbook section?
The commitment of this organization provides a safe and productive environment free of discrimination. State and Federal regulations promote a safe workplace. This organization does not discriminate based on several Acts including the Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 1991, Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, Americans with Disability Act 1990 and Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Family and Medical Leave Act, Affirmative Action, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, of 1978, Bankruptcy Act Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, and Lily Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. This organization provides protection against discrimination based on sex-neutral, or sex-specific traits (Yuracko, 2004).
This extends to harassment based on intolerable discrimination is on the basis of age, race, color, creed, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, and national origin, This organization promotes non-discrimination against party affiliation. The organization does not discriminate against the use of illegal drugs.
Discrimination extends into human resources practices including the hiring process, position held, annual reviews, promotion, benefits, human resources does not tolerate sexual harassment including suggestive comments, direct comments, suggestive body language, unwanted physical contact, and forced contact.

State and federal laws prohibit sexual harassment. Sexual harassment includes indecent comments of a sexual nature, lewd behavior verbal or physical, requests for sexual favors, and attempts of physical contact. Retaliation against the employee complaint of sexual harassment is intolerable.
